Daniel Jacob Radcliffe (born 23 July 1989) is an English actor who rose to prominence playing the title character in the Harry Potter film series. Radcliffe made his acting debut at age ten in BBC One's 1999 television movie David Copperfield, followed by his film debut in 2001's The Tailor of Panama. At age eleven he was cast as the title character in the first Harry Potter film, and starred in the series for ten years until the release of the eighth and final film in July 2011. He also began to branch out to stage acting in 2007, starring in the London and New York productions of the play Equus and in the 2011 Broadway revival of the musical How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying. In addition, he has starred in 2007's December Boys and the 2012 sleeper hit horror film The Woman in Black. He will play beat poet Allen Ginsberg in the 2013 indie film Kill Your Darlings.
Radcliffe has contributed to many charities, including Demelza House Children's Hospice and The Trevor Project. He also made public service announcements for the latter. In 2011, he was awarded the Trevor Project's "Hero Award".
In 2008, Radcliffe revealed that he suffers from a mild form of the neurological disorder dyspraxia.
The motor skill disorder sometimes gets so bad that he has trouble
doing simple activities, such as writing or tying his own shoelaces. "I
was having a hard time at school, in terms of being crap at everything,
with no discernible talent," Radcliffe commented. In August 2010, he stopped drinking alcohol after finding himself becoming too reliant on it.
In a 2012 interview, Radcliffe stated, "There was never [religious]
faith in the house. I think of myself as being Jewish and Irish, despite
the fact that I’m English."He has also said, "I'm an atheist, and a militant atheist when religion starts impacting on legislation",and that he is "very proud of being Jewish".
Radcliffe is a supporter of the Labour Party.Until 2012 Radcliffe had publicly supported the Liberal Democrats, and before the 2010 UK general election Radcliffe endorsed Nick Clegg,
the Lib Dem leader. In 2012, however, Radcliffe switched his allegiance
to Labour, citing disappointment with the performance of Nick Clegg and
the Lib Dems in government, and approving of the Labour leader, Ed Miliband. At the age of sixteen, Radcliffe became the youngest non-royal ever to have an individual portrait in Britain's National Portrait Gallery (NPG). On 13 April 2006 his portrait, drawn by Stuart Pearson Wright, was unveiled as part of a new exhibition opening at the Royal National Theatre; it was then moved to the NPG where it resides.
He is a fan of underground and punk rock music, and is a keen follower of cricket, including cricketer Sachin Tendulkar.Writing short stories and poetry is also a passion. In November 2007 Radcliffe published several poems under the pen name
Jacob Gershon – a combination of his middle name and the Jewish version
of his mother's maiden name Gresham – in Rubbish, an underground fashion magazine. He enjoys a close friendship with his Harry Potter co-stars Tom Felton and Emma Watson, and is tight-knit with his family, whom he credits for keeping him grounded.
Speaking out against homophobia, Radcliffe began filming public service announcements in 2009 for The Trevor Project, promoting awareness of gay teen suicide prevention. He first learned of the organisation while working on Equus on Broadway in 2008 and has contributed financially to it. "I have always hated anybody who is not tolerant of gay men or lesbians
or bisexuals. Now I am in the very fortunate position where I can
actually help or do something about it," he said in a 2010 interview. In
the same interview, he spoke of the importance of public figures
advocating for equal rights.Radcliffe considers his involvement to be one of the most important things in his career and,for his work for the organisation, he was given the "Hero Award" in 2011.
Radcliffe has supported various charities. He designed the Cu-Bed for
Habitat's VIP Kids range (a cube made of eight smaller ones which can
be made into a bed, chaise-longue or chair)with all the royalties from the sale of the bed going directly to his favourite charity, Demelza House Children's Hospice in Sittingbourne, Kent.Radcliffe has urged his fans to make donations, in lieu of Christmas
presents to him, to the charity's Candle for Care program. In 2008 he
was among several celebrities who donated their old glasses to an exhibit honouring victims of the Holocaust.During the Broadway run of Equus
he auctioned off a pair of jeans he wore in the show for "thousands of
dollars", as well as other items worn in the show, for the Broadway
Cares/Equity Fights AIDS "a New York-based nonprofit HIV/AIDS
grant-making organisation".He has also donated money to Get Connected UK, a London-based free confidential national helpline for troubled youth.
Sources disagree about Radcliffe's personal wealth; he was reported to have earned £1 million for the first Harry Potter film and around £15 million for the sixth.Radcliffe appeared on the Sunday Times Rich List in 2006, which estimated his personal fortune to be £14 million, making him one of the richest young people in the UK.In March 2009 he was ranked number one on the Forbes "Most Valuable Young Stars" list, and by April The Daily Telegraph measured his net worth at £30m, making him the 12th richest young person in the UK.Radcliffe was considered to be the richest teenager in England later that year.In February 2010 he was named the sixth highest paid Hollywood male star and placed at number five on Forbes's December list of Hollywood's highest-grossing actors with a revenue of US$780 million, mainly due to Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows being released that year.Despite previous predictions that Radcliffe would have amassed £70m by the time the Harry Potter series concluded, the actor was reported to only have a wealth of £28.5 million in 2010. This still makes him richer than Princes William and Harry. Despite his wealth, Radcliffe has said he does not have expensive
tastes and that his main expense is buying books: "I read a lot."He also stated that money would never be the focus of his life.

Gangnam Style
"Gangnam Style" is a K-pop single by the South Korean musician PSY. The song was released in July 2012 as the lead single of his sixth studio album PSY 6 (Six Rules), Part 1, and debuted at number one on South Korea's Gaon Chart. On December 21, 2012, "Gangnam Style" became the first YouTube video to reach a billion views. As of March 11, 2013, the music video has been viewed over 1.406 billion times on YouTube, and it is the site's most watched video after surpassing Justin Bieber's single "Baby."
The phrase "Gangnam Style" is a Korean neologism that refers to a lifestyle associated with the Gangnam District of Seoul. The song and its accompanying music video went viral in August 2012 and have influenced popular culture worldwide since then. "Gangnam Style" received mixed to positive reviews, with praise going to its catchy beat and PSY's amusing dance moves (which themselves have become a phenomenon) in the music video and during live performances in various locations around the world. In September 2012, "Gangnam Style" was recognized by Guinness World Records as the most "liked" video on YouTube. It subsequently won Best Video at the MTV Europe Music Awards held later that year.It became a source of parodies and reaction videos by many different individuals, groups and organizations while also inspiring dance mobs in Paris, Rome, and Milan, with tens of thousands of participants each. On New Year's Eve 2012, more than one million people witnessed a live "Gangnam Style" performance in Times Square, New York City, featuring PSY and rapper MC Hammer;as well as in front of the Brandenburg Gate in Berlin.
By the end of 2012, the song had topped the music charts of more than 30 countries including Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Russia, Spain, and the United Kingdom. Although its reception in Japan remained lukewarm, "Gangnam Style" topped China's Baidu 500 download list and was labelled by state media as having a "divine melody."
As the song continued to rapidly gain popularity and ubiquity, its signature dance moves were attempted by many notable political leaders such as the British Prime Minister David Cameron, U.S. President Barack Obama, and United Nations Secretary-General Ban Ki-Moon, who hailed it as a "force for world peace".Its influence on political activism was exemplified by the short film Gangnam for Freedom, produced by the British sculptor Anish Kapoor to advocate the freedom of expression with the support of various human rights organisations such as Index on Censorship and Amnesty International.According to the United Nations' news division, PSY has become an "international sensation" through his song "Gangnam Style".

Lee Min-ho (actor)
Lee Min-ho (Hangul: 이민호; Hanja: 李敏鎬, born June 22, 1987) is a South Korean actor who is best known for his leading roles in Boys Over Flowers (2009) as Gu Jun-pyo, the leader of a group of students known as F4, and action drama City Hunter (2011).
Min-ho was born in Heukseok-dong, Dongjak-gu, Seoul, South Korea on June 22, 1987. His family consists of his mother, father and one older sister. As a young child, Min-ho hoped to become a football (soccer) player, but an injury in the 5th grade of elementary school put an end to his dream. Min-ho, however, still keeps up with football and has stated that Cristiano Ronaldo is his favorite player.
In his second year of high school, Min-ho turned to acting. By his senior year in high school he had joined Starhaus Entertainment with the help of an acquaintance. After going through training, Min-ho started auditioning and landed small roles in several television dramas. In 2006, his acting career was put on hold for a year following a serious car accident in which he was severely injured. Childhood friend and fellow actor Jung Il-woo was also injured in the accident.
His breakthrough came in 2009 with the lead role of Gu Jun-pyo in Boys Over Flowers (KBS2), the Korean adaptation of the popular Japanese television drama Hana Yori Dango, which was based on the popular Shōjo manga, Boys Over Flowers (花より男子 Hana Yori Dango). Min-ho is majoring in Film & Art at Konkuk University.
In 2010 Lee followed up the success of Boys Over Flowers by starring in the MBC TV drama Personal Taste in which he played a ambitious perfectionist young architect who poses as a gay man to become roommates with a young woman leading to romantic complications. When asked about why he chose the role during an interview he responded "I think I would do a better job playing heavy and more defined roles when I am older. I think "Personal Taste" was perfect because it is bright, cheerful but you can also laugh and cry over it as well."The series received above average ratings.
In 2011, he starred in the hit action drama City Hunter with actress and model Park Min Young. The drama's popularity throughout Asia has also contributed to Min-ho's growing popularity in Asia, most notably in Japan, Philippines and China. He took the number one spot for Best Hallyu Star in a Japanese magazine dedicated to Korean dramas in June of 2012.
On April 6, 2012, Min-ho announced on his Facebook page that he would appear in a new drama called Faith (Hangul: 신의, Rom.: Shinui), which aired from August to October 2012 in Korea.

Other Cage roles included appearances in the acclaimed 1987 romantic-comedy Moonstruck, also starring Cher; The Coen Brothers cult-classic comedy Raising Arizona; David Lynch's 1990 offbeat film Wild at Heart; a lead role in Martin Scorsese's 1999 New York City paramedic drama Bringing Out the Dead; and Ridley Scott's 2003 quirky drama Matchstick Men, in which he played an agoraphobic, mysophobic, obsessive-compulsive con artist with a tic disorder.
Cage has been nominated twice for an Academy Award, winning once for his performance as a suicidal alcoholic in Leaving Las Vegas. His other nomination was for his portrayal of real-life screenwriter Charlie Kaufman and Kaufman's fictional twin Donald in Adaptation. Despite these successes, most of his lower-profile films have performed poorly at the box office compared to his mainstream action/adventure roles. The suspense thriller 8mm (1999) was not a box office success, but is now considered a cult film. He took the lead role in the 2001 film Captain Corelli's Mandolin and learned to play the mandolin from scratch for the part. He made his directorial debut with 2002's Sonny. In 2005, two offbeat films he headlined, Lord of War and The Weather Man, failed to find a significant audience despite nationwide releases and good reviews for his acting in those roles. Poor reviews for The Wicker Man resulted in low box office sales. The much criticized Ghost Rider (2007), based on the Marvel Comics character, fared better, earning more than $45 million (the top earner) during its opening weekend and over $208 million worldwide through the weekend ending on March 25, 2007. Also in 2007, he starred in Next, which shared the concept of a glimpse into an alternate timeline with Cage's film, The Family Man (2000).
Most of Cage's movies that have achieved financial success were in the action/adventure genre. In his second-highest grossing film to date, National Treasure, he plays an eccentric historian who goes on a dangerous adventure to find treasure hidden by the Founding Fathers of the United States. Other action hits include The Rock, in which Cage plays a young FBI chemical weapons expert who infiltrates Alcatraz Island in hopes of neutralizing a terrorist threat, Face/Off, a John Woo film where he plays both a hero and a villain, and World Trade Center, director Oliver Stone's film regarding the September 11, 2001 attacks. He had a small but notable role as the Chinese criminal mastermind Dr. Fu Manchu in Rob Zombie's fake trailer Werewolf Women of the S.S. from the B-movie double feature Grindhouse.
Cage made his directorial debut with Sonny, a low-budget drama starring James Franco as a male prostitute whose mother (Brenda Blethyn) serves as his pimp. Cage had a small role in the film, which received poor reviews and a short run in a limited number of theatres. Cage's producing career includes Shadow of the Vampire, the first effort from Saturn Films.
In early December 2006, Cage announced at the Bahamas International Film Festival that he planned to curtail his future acting endeavors to pursue other interests. On The Dresden Files for the Sci-Fi Channel, Cage is listed as the executive producer.
In November 2007, Cage was spotted backstage at a Ring of Honor wrestling show in New York City researching his role for The Wrestler. The role was ultimately played by Mickey Rourke, who received an Academy Award nomination for his performance.Wrestler Director Darren Aronofsky, in an interview with slashfilm.com, said of Cage's decision to leave the film that: "Nic was a complete gentleman, and he understood that my heart was with Mickey and he stepped aside. I have so much respect for Nic Cage as an actor and I think it really could have worked with Nic but ... you know, Nic was incredibly supportive of Mickey and he is old friends with Mickey and really wanted to help with this opportunity, so he pulled himself out of the race."

Ekin Cheng(郑伊健)
Ekin Cheng is a Hong Kong actor and Cantopop singer. Early in his career he used the name Dior
(because that was what it sounded like when his younger sister tried to
call him 第二哥) as a first name. He has also been referred to as Noodle Cheng, (鄭伊麵) after a popular noodle product with a similar name.Currently Ekin is the name used.
Television
Cheng began acting in commercials when he was in high school, the most well-known being for Hi-C Lemon Tea. After high school, he enrolled in TVB's Martial Arts school, but did not like it and switched to their acting school. After that he began to get a number of TV roles. The latest TVB series he participated in was Always Ready, working with Charmaine Sheh, Bowie Lam and Linda Chung.
Film
His first film was Girls Without Tomorrow 1992 and at the time he was still called by the name Dior Cheng. He changed his name to "Ekin" before his breakout role in the Young and Dangerous series as Chan Ho-nam. The film was first meant to glorify the triad life, but after about the third film, the story focused more on the characters and explored the truth about the Hong Kong triads. It became so popular that it launched Cheng and co-star Jordan Chan to superstar status. And because of its incredible success, it is said to have made many youngsters at that time fond of the triad life, thus making teens throughout Asia join the triads. It also started a trend for triad films around that time and is considered to be a classic. The film led to six sequels, all starring Cheng, and a lucrative working partnership with director Andrew Lau. Together they went on to make The Storm Riders, which was the highest-grossing Hong Kong movie at the time and the first film to utilize a truly large number of special effects. They also worked together on The Legend of Speed, a film about a street racer who would follow his father's footsteps of becoming a racing god, A Man Called Hero a movie adaption of the famous comic, about a martial arts master in America The Duel starring Cheng, Andy Lau, and a few other famous stars, and the comedy Women From Mars. In 2001, he acted in a movie titled Born to be King. This is the last installment of a triad movie series Young & Dangerous.
Cheng has branched out in the roles he has taken, including more comedy like earlier in his career with My Wife is 18 with Charlene Choi and Six Strong Guys with singers Hacken Lee, Andy Hui and George Lam. But he still does action-oriented films like The Twins Effect where he acts with rising pop superstars Twins and Tokyo Raiders where he is cast with Tony Leung and Kelly Chen. My Wife is 18 tells the story of an arranged marriage between 30-year-old Cheng and 18-year-old Charlene Choi. The significant age difference between the two is the source of the comedy. Six strong guys tells the story of Cheng and his other five friends who tell funny stories of the modern Hong Kong man. The Twins Effect is an action film about the feuds between vampires and humans who share the same world. Toyko Raiders is about international thievery in Toyko. He also play as Ming in the legend of zu mountain the movie.
Recently, Cheng returned to the movie scene (having taken a break in 2005 to work on the Ultraman TV series in Thailand). He had a brief appearance in My Name is Fame as himself. He has completed a Pang Brothers film called The Forest of Death, which was released in March 2007. His serial filmed in Mainland China based on the life of martial arts master Huo Yuanjia with former Young & Dangerous co-star Jordan Chan is currently in syndication. Current projects include a sequel to The Storm Riders, also directed by Pang Brothers and Kamui Gaiden being filmed in Japan. Cheng's latest film with Shawn Yue, Rule Number 1 directed by Kelvin Tong, won Best Actor Awards for both Cheng and Yue.
Cheng's golden age was during the Young and Dangerous era. At the turn of the century his popularity declined and he has been criticized as being merely an accidental superstar. He has also been criticized by someas being a wood-like actor with little expression or feeling in his work. Despite these criticisms, Cheng has continued to make movies throughout his career and currently is once again enjoying considerable success.
Music
Cheng had a successful music career with BMG. But in the 2000s, he signed with EEG, a juggernaut company owned by Albert Yeung. Under this company he was 'frozen' and not allowed to put out any records. But as is a custom with EEG, he made several movies with other EEG stars. As of 2004, his contract with EEG ended and he returned to BMG briefly where he released a new record before signing with BMA. As of 2009, Cheng has once again returned as an artist of Sony BMG. Through the course of his career, he has made several hits. Though many criticise Cheng for not having a voice capable of singing harder or higher-noted songs. And though his music career has been going smoothly, his most-acclaimed music came during the Young and Dangerous age. The theme song for Young and Dangerous 1 "Age of Friendship" is considered his best. Though he and Jordan Chan both sing a separate version, it was Cheng who sang it first.
In 2007, Cheng made a guest appearance at a Leo Ku concert and received popular applause from the audience. He also represented Hong Kong in the 2009 Asia Song Festival, performing two songs.
